Stage I : Approved budget
- 30% of the total quotation estimate in Advance

Stage II : 20 days before the trip
- Balance 70 % of the total quotation estimate.

Also note that, during high and or shoulder travel season it is mandatory to pay full amount thus quoted for booking travel package services and will be binding on the travelers to pay Horizon Travel Services Div. Of (Horizon Services India ) full advance payments.
